Mix one egg white with a tbsp. of fresh lemon juice and half a tbsp. of honey. Egg white helps you tighten, tone, and shrink your pores by reducing excess sebum, the oil secretion from your pores. Egg whites are full of protein for tissue repair, potassium to preserve the moisture in skin cells. They’re also rich in fiboflavin which eliminates toxins and free radicals that cause wrinkles, and magnesium, which slows down the aging process.
Aloe Vera
The Aloe Vera plant is rich in malic acid that reduces wrinkles and improves the elasticity of your skin. Cut an Aloe Vera leaf from the plant and extract the gel. Apply the fresh gel onto your skin and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.
Olive Oil Treatment
Olive oil is a good source of antioxidants, like vitamins A and E, which fight skin-damaging free radicals that cause wrinkles and is great massage oil for your skin. Cucumber and Yogurt Mixture
A cucumber contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin C, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Banana Mask
This powerfully healthy fruit is great for making a creamy face mask. Mash one banana with a tbsp. of orange juice and a tbsp. of plain yogurt. Mix the good and apply it on your skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes. The vitamin A in bananas will fade dark spots and blemishes, vitamin B will help you prevent aging, and potassium will moisturize and hydrate your skin cells. Banana is also rich in vitamin E that fights against free radical damage.
